All Falcon Equine Feeds Ltd orders will be delivered using an external courier company, the company used for each order is subject to change without prior notice and at the decision of Falcon Equine Feeds Ltd. Alternative delivery companies may be used as required. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. It is the customers responsibility to ensure correct delivery instructions are noted on the ‘check out’ form. If an order is over 150kg in weight it will be delivered on a pallet and so will require space for a minimum of a 7.5T lorry to deliver the pallet. It is the customers responsibility to notify Falcon Equine Feeds Ltd of any specific delivery requirements such as size of vehicle, gravel driveways, restricted access or if the delivery can be left unsigned for. Falcon Equine Feeds Ltd offers no refunds where delivery has not been possible.
Orders will be processed no later than the next working day after they are received. Orders received after 2pm will be processed on the following day. Remember that all our delivery times quoted are working days so allow for bank holidays and weekends.

Returns and Refunds:
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 30 day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. We therefore recommend returning items using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us, for large order items. On lesser value orders you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.
Falcon Equine Feeds Ltd are able to arrange collection of returned pallets but this will be done so at a charge individual to the collection and paid for in cleared funds prior to collection. All returned items must available for collection in a suitable space (they must not be in an enclosed space such as a feed room), it is not the transport company or Falcon Equine Feeds Ltd responsibility to stack and wrap the pallets for return.
If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at email@example.com and we will handle your enquiry and ensure that a suitable replacement or refund is made.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like to purchase. Finally please note that all exchanges are dispatched using an external courier company and may vary from the initial company used to deliver your order.
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed or damaged.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal delivery charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or 24hr components of the delivery charge. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our Web site, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the Web site or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
