How to Order

At Falcon Equine Feeds we can give you the most cost effective way of buying your horse feed.

1. Firstly either set up an account for easy future orders/payments or checkout as a guest if you prefer.
2. Pick which products you would like & add them to your cart, any combination of feed & supplements is fine.
3. When you have finished adding products go to your cart
4. Pick 'Store Pick up' on the right hand side
5. Falcon Equine Feeds/Willetts Farm is the pick up address, click 'choose date and time', a pop up calendar will appear. Select a time and your order will be ready to pick up from that time until the end of that working day in case you are delayed.
6. Checkout & make payment, Thank you for your order, it will be waiting for you!!

   Examples of shipping:
   
   Supplements are chargeable for shipping (unless Omega Rice or 25ltr Vita E) however if added to more products in the cart they will be FOC shipping)
   
   Feed & Supplements combined Shipping scales
   0-30 kg       = £4.45
   30-50 kg     = £8.00
   50-80 kg     = £11.70
   80-100 kg   = £15.30
   100-120 kg = £18.90
   120-140 kg = £22.60
   140-899 kg = £26.20
   900kg +      = FOC
   
   
3. When you have finished adding products go to your 'cart' in top right corner. 
4. Pick 'Shipping' on the left hand side then 'Checkout'
5. Fill in or check you details and delivery information, click 'continue to shipping'
6. Shipping and total of order will be confirmed then 'continue to payment'
7. Checkout & make payment, Thank you for your order, it will be prepared and dispatched within 24 hours for you!!
8. orders up to approx 140kg are sent with DPD next day, all orders above are sent with pallet line service and delivered within 2-3 days.

***** please be aware that no more than 12 fibres (Molasses chaff + High Fibre) can be included per pallet due stability *****
